At New Dream Family Center, Eugene’s 2nd largest early childcare provider, I was hired to create their new development department. In just 4 months I was able to accomplish the following:

• Established new CRM database

• Hired new Development Coordinator

• Researched and identified grant funding

• Developed multi-year fundraising strategy

• Created multiple programmatic budgets

• Directed re-branding, public relations and marketing campaign

• Created new Family Fundraising Club

• Member of Emerald Valley Development Professionals

• Left the organisation prior to implementing these above multi-year initiatives. I offered my professional recommendations on how to best move forward without me.
