Event Producer

When the Olympic Track and Field Trials came to Eugene, it was very exciting for the whole community. I was asked to lead the entertainment portion of the Fan Festival Stage, on campus, but just outside the stadium. I returned again the second time the trials came through. While serving in this role, I was responsible for the following:

• Book all national, regional and local entertainment

• Manage committees

• Manage stage and lighting crew

• Back stage management

• Manage in and out process through security
